Ian M Phillips, MNZM has been involved with International Banking, Global Financial Markets and Corporate Finance for over 30 years having worked in New York, London, Singapore, Sydney and Wellington. Mr Phillips is President of KUMARA, Deputy Chairman of the American Australian Assoc. President of the American Friends of the NGA, Chairman of ANZA, an Advisory Board of the US-NZ Council and a Board member of the American friends of Christchurch. Mr Phillips studied at Otago University, University of Colorado and London School of economics.
Michael A. Lehman: CEO
Mr. Lehman has been engaged on the development and commercialisation of health related products for nearly 25 years. He founded NNP in 1999. He also worked for Ungerer & Co. where he became responsible for the global nutraceutical operation of the company, as well as key global accounts for raw materials and flavors. Mr. Lehman has a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Queensland.
Stephen OKeefe: Chief Financial Officer and Director.
Mr. OKeefe is a Senior Director at PKF Chartered Accountants and Business Advisors in Australia. He has served clients within the construction, development, tourism, manufacturing and financial sectors. His areas of expertise are taxation, audit management and transaction support fields. He holds a Bachelor of Business Degree, is a Fellow Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants, Fellow Member of the Australian Society of Certified Public Accountants, a Fellow Member of the Taxation Institute of Australia and a Registered Company Auditor.
Fernando de Martin: Director, Switzerland
Mr. de Martin is a seasoned executive in the commodities trading and finance fields. In addition to his position in NNP he is an Executive Director of commodities trading at Gerald Metals in Switzerland. He has held positions at Bunge, MacQuarie Bank, Cargill and Glencore, among others. Mr. de Martin holds degrees in economics and business as well as law from Universidad Complutense (Madrid, Spain). He attended a graduate program at Sophia University (Jochi Daigaku) in Japan and also earned a masters degree in finance from Universidad Complutense.
